Strength, constitution and willpower. Some dexterity points help as well, for hit rate and defense. Don't put any points in cunning- you will get some bonuses as a quest reward from the mage tower, and that will be enough to get the ranks you need in Coercion.

There are detailed threads in the Builds forum that can go into more detail.

I've played many effective tanks with base willpower and constitution. You can get any needed health/stamina boosts from gear. I'd put everything into strength, and if your warrior is the tank, strength+dexterity. If you put 2 strength, 1 dexterity into your character at each level up, you'll have a pretty effective and durable warrior.

Strength and constitution in enough for warrior. Sometimes you have to spend some attribute to Dexterity, that depends on which class you are creating. If you are building the dual-weapon tree, or Weapon-and-Shield, or Archer, you will need some Dexterity (30 is sufficient). You don't have to spend any attributes to cunning (almost useless for Warrior) and willpower. There are some good item that can provide you a lot of stamina, so don't care too much for it.

Dexterity=defense and attack. It makes your warrior harder to hit, and with a good armor rating, greatly reduces healing needed. If you plan to do any tanking with your warrior, I'd recommend it, since it makes you more durable and harder to kill if enemies struggle to hit you with regular melee attacks. I'd make dexterity a higher priority over constitution, since in Origins, it's better to avoid damage than soak it up. This will reduce the amount of health poultices needed, and it will free up the healer mage's mana to be spent on more immobilization and damage spells instead of healing.  Warriors get plenty of health just from leveling up.  Base constitution is plenty.  If you want a health boost, just equip a lifegiver ring.
