Hi!

I hope that someone can help me with this little problem.
When i want to play Leliana's Song or Darkspawn Chronicles, the message "Unable to load module" shows up.
What can I do to fix it? I reinstalled, and did other things, trying to fix it myself. But now I have given up and I ask you all kindly to help me out.

xoxo

Hard to help with so little data.  Could you post your hardware specs, Windows version, and what type of game you have (original or Ultimate Edition, retail disc or some sort of digital download)?

Oh, okay! Will do! Don't know if it's the right thing, but here it is;

Hp pavilion dv6 Notebook PC

Default System Bios
Pentium® Dual-Core CPU T4200@2.00Ghz
4GB RAM
Page File: 2157MB used, 4152MB available
32-bit

DirectX 10

Windows Vista Home premium (Service pack 2)

Dragon age Ultimate Edition, retail disc

Okay, I don't really know if that was the right information.. I'm not exactly good with this kind of things. But I hope it was right.

Thank you :-)

Well, for starters, you're below the minimum specs for the game, CPU-wise. I suspect you've squeaked by on low settings.

I also see you have both the original and UE versions of the game. Did you uninstall the former before installing the latter? And you have not applies the 1.04 patch to Ultimate Edition, have you? That can cause headaches.

Just throwin' out stuff to see what sticks.

The game works surprisingly well on the low settings Image IPB

Well, I did uninstall the whole game before I installed UE, but saved the "Saved games". It would be a pain to play through it again just because I want a specific background to DA2.

And I did apply the patch.. Was that wrong you mean?

Should I uninstall and reinstall? And I can use the DLC's again too, now can I?

Thank you so much so far! Image IPB

You should not apply the 1.04 patch to Ultimate Edition... it comes already patched to that level, and some people have reported problems when "re-patching" it.

Once you have a clean, proper installation of DAO-UE, reboot your system, then launch the game and see if you can get your DLC to authorize. If it does not, then we need to make sure the background service is launching correctly, which you can do manually. Consult this recent post: http://social.biowar...7248452#7261606
