I've been searching but besides going quest by quest on the wiki is there any sort of matrix or cheat sheet that lists out the relationship between choices made in Origins/Awakening have in DA2 (i.e. Averneus alive unlocks the Dark Epiphany quest, leaving Sophia live unlocks the Terror on the Coast quest)?

I'm not aware of a list, but offhand I recall that The Warden's royal boon, the decision to save or burn Amaranthine, whether Nathaniel decided to remain with the Wardens, whether the werewolves were saved or killed, whether the Urn of Sacred Ashes was found by Brother Genitivi or if he was killed before he could tell the Chantry, the ruler of Orzammar and even a brief mention about the Anvil by Varric if it wasn't destroyed, whether Leliana was recruited, whether Zevran was recruited or killed, and whether the Architect was spared or killed are all mentioned.

Thanks for the quick rundown - guess I'll work on compiling a list and keep searching for this info.
