 Wow, what an episode. Just when I thought some questions were gonna be answered, a whole lot more pop up. Thanks, Moffat!

So how did the little girl escape the suit? Amy's help? 
The kid regenerating at the end of the episode? Amy's kid is Time Lord? Rory is over 2000 years old and Amy was in the Pandorica after the Doctor and stayed there for 2000 years. Plus being in the Tardis, etc. Question is..WHEN did she get pregnant?

I feel the girl in the suit was put there so that she couldn't regenerate.

Still doesn't explain why the Doctor was killed. Guess we'll find out in due time.
