Mine has to be when your mother dies it was the ONLY quest in the game where I was like "Wait...mummy....nooooo!" lol- but all seriousness it was the only quest where emotions played a key part ,well except anders blowing up sebastions little ghetto- Anders WHY exactly?

The 'Special Service' in the Blooming Rose is my favorite surprise moment of the game but I would say pretty much all banter when I roll around with Aveline and Isabela would be my favorite thing. Those cats have claws.
