true.. but once they arrive at Kirkwall, they find out that:
1) The only family member was Uncle Gamlen
2) The family estate been sold to slavers
3) ZERO amount of money
And since Ferelden was right across the border from the Free Marches and lost Blights take up to a century to stop, they wouldn't have know if the Blight was going to endin less than a year and would logically gone further north

Well they were at least guaranteed a place to live in Kirkwall, and they were given jobs, even though it was indentured servitude. But I don't think they wanted to drag their mother all over the place in the hopes of finding a place to live.

But that still doesn't explain the reason why they settled in a city that is directly across a country the Blight is taking place...

The Darkspawn were way to the South. They never even made their way to the nothern Ferelden during the Blight.

That was much later - durning Hawke's Escape darkspawns were marching from Ostagar to Lothering
But then how does that timeline explain Anders becoming a warden, infusing with the spirit of Justice and moving to Kirkwall with enough time to make a name for himeself as an apostate and healer?

Yes they have. They were marching North and were already blazing Denerim and Amaranthine.
Amaranthine didn't see darkspawn until Awakenings, but by then word would have made it to Kirkwall that the Blight was over. Darkspawn never made it as far as the coastlands during the Blight. Highever never saw darkspawn.
Denerim was the farthest north they made it during the Blight and that is a long way south and east of Amaranthine.

Then shouldn't the event of Awakening occured during Act 1?

Andres continuity is all messed up. It's no feasible way I can see him in Kirkwall when they say he's there. Everything had to be all done before you meet Andres, Origins, the time between the two and Awakenings. It just wasn't enough time.

Voyage aboard ship took some time. Then 1 year working for mobsters. Must be it. Seems like not much time but no other reasonable explanation.

All in one year huh <_<
If you play a mage, during the game Wynne says she can't believe it's been a year since you left the tower, and you haven't even finished Origins yet. Then the time has to pass between the 2 games (Oghren's GF Felsi has a kid inbetween the games btw), and then the events of Awakenings have to occur.
Then Andres still has to make another trip to the Deep Roads, and have the Wardens tell him his cat is making him soft. Then he has to travel to Amaranthine, get rid of the cat, take the boatride to Kirkwall, and then set up a clinic.
Edit: Wait a minute I just read that again. After all that you've collected your 50 Gold and gone on the expedition. There's no way all that lines up.
