ME2 promotion problems.

I've followed all of the steps in the ME2 promotion. I've launched the game, redeemed all DLC included with signature edition which includes the "Online Pass" code. I was automatically logged in with my Bioware account upon launching the game for the first time, I assume from the account being used in DAO. I then used the same code marked "Online Pass" on the website and was given: "We were unable to verify that you have activated your Online Pass."

I first went through all of this yesteday and am still given the same message. I realize that I'm told to wait up to 72 hours, but I'm obviously a bit late to the offer which ends tonight.

I would use the EA support, but I honestly do not remember the EA username that is associated with my Bioware account, and "forgot username" is broken at the moment - no email sent, checked spam folder, using gmail so I feel I can assume it's not on my end.
