Hi,

I am hoping someone can help me please?
I upgraded windows (clean install), I kept the saved game file from DAO awakening that I wanted to import to DA2.
Where do I put that file so DA2 will be able upload it, when I am creating my character in DA2??
I have tried putting the file in the same folder, & one folder up,  but it still can't see it.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Same folder as what?  Can you be specific-- in what folder are you placing your old saved games?

Sorry,
I put the file in Documents/Bioware/Dragon age 2/Characters.
The same folder as the DA2 saved games file and one folder up from that.

DA2 looks for DA:O saved games in the folder they are supposed to be in, which is:

C:\\Documents\\My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\Characters\\"name of character"\\Saves

Anyway w8 for the next patch coz that import of yours won't be any good atm.
