You mean screen recording software?
I use http://camstudio.org ... functional, simple, free.
Cant comment on how good its audio recording is as Ive not had need for that yet (ad no microphone)

Camstudio was what was most recommended last time someone asked this, too. I haven't really used it much myself other than to try it out, but it seems pretty decent.
