hey,

If i import my mage warden and having Fereldan free the circle from the templars, does it have any dialogue reference in DA2?

Doesn't seem to. If you played a human mage in DAO Leandra will mention that the hero of Fereldan is your cousin but that's about it.

The barkeep in the Hanged Man mentions it, and Meredith will yell at King Alsitair about it.

The bartender basically mentions how the ruler of Ferelden proclaimed that the Circle of Ferelden would be given its freedom (from the royal ceremony at the end of DA:O) while Meredith proclaims that it wasn't within his right to make such a decree - because it's the Chantry who controls the Circles of Magi.

If you didn't import the Magi boon, then Meredith is complaining about King Alistair harboring apostates from the Circle of Kirkwall and he addresses to Hawke that he can only do something about mages outside of Ferelden, as opposed to those inside the Circle. I'd assume that Alistair is still harboring apostates as King of the nation if he's still arguing for the Magi boon seven years after the Chantry said no.
