unholy cleric, weapon / shield: templar reaver fits this perfectly
its a piece of cloth that has been embued with spirit essence, does not matter who wears it.
class restriction should only be applied to staffs, even then I want a monk's staff for warrior/rogues, but that is another thread in itself.

I actually like that train of thought ...

I just want my stealth boots :(
I don't suppose IN1 could persuade them to remove the class restrictions off it in the next patch?:P

As far as I know, Luke Barrett was actually trying to convince the design team to remove restrictions.

That makes me very happy.
If they do end up removing restrictions (which don't make sense in the first place, except maybe for weapons) that will open up lots of possibilities for new builds etc. and make my crit-mage build superior to pure magic elemental mages.... ahh. :)

How about a No Restrictions DLC for a modest price of $25?

 Haha very funny. <_<
Just cos you're on a pc and could just find a mod for that anytime you liked.

But yeah, I wonder if they did remove the class-restrictions from armour would they remove the restrictions off the dlc armour? Because that would make cross-class dlc armoured builds more than viable (slightly overpowered) as it would only have a level requirement..

There needs to be more elemental weapons, besides the DLC.
2H warriors can't get any elemental weapons till Act 3, and by then there aren't many battles to take advantage of them.
The Anderfel's Cleaver is available in Act 1, but its weak by the beginning of Act 2, same goes for Desmona's(Sp) Blade.

I like the DLC Edge of Night axe because it levels up with you and its elemental. They should of included more weapons like that.

dont ask for more OP DLC items the game is barely holding together as it is. Unless you want to fall asleep coz everything will die after you press 2 buttons

They'll add more Dungeons and fights too, so I think they can balance it out.

I love reading your guides I know this sounds trite and perhaps melodramatic but you got the spirit of a craftsman and by the way thank you for making the game more interesting and fun...Do you still suggest the same third act gear Robes of Cleanliness and such?

The revenant got killed in the second video. It was kinda hiding behind an abomination at one point, but it was there.

The Revenant is the reason to change setup from nature to spirit. He falls to a moderately buffed Assault, though, so it's not that bad. He also cannot pull me when I am in the corner. Corners are the key to winning this fight. I also find getting rid of Xeb a priority -- she stuns a lot, and you won't get the luxury of saving/resting between the phases if she's alive, since she tends to call for help, like any commander.

Ideally, yes, though I'll list the cheaper variants, too. Robes + Ferryman are very expensive. Possible on an optimized "greedy" playthrough, since your core gear is so goddamn cheap, mind you, but still...

Just to let you know I am currently playing through now on nightmare with the elemental warrior build, using desdemona and edge of night.

Sooo much fun, even more than my mage playthrough with arelex's build, though that was fun as well. I am only level 8 but I tell ya, it's quite effective.

Last night, i was fighting some Carta assassin at level 7, he backstabs me to a bit below half health, I turn around and smack him down with assault from full health, glorious.

Question, for the second spec, would you say templer over berserker?

I like your set up, but How is your STR So high at level 19.

I've bought all the Tomes, and my STR is probably 30 points lower than yours.
I know you can get 6 attribute pts from the Sloth Demon in the Night Terrors quest. is tehre any other missions I don't know about where you can get extra attribute points.

You can have +74 attribute pts at level 19 (54 natural; 20 from tomes and quests). Thus, if your Str is 30 points lower, your game is seriously bugged ;)

That hugely depends on a match-up. I prefer Templar overall, yes. Berserker is too much of a liability stamina-wise, even though I admit Barrage is a great ability.

my bad I added up the points wrong, I didn't take into accouhnt the points tht were added to your attributes by items and gear.
Thats what makes the DLC so useful, you don't have to waste any points into con, the gear is level restricted. You can just dump everything into STR, too bad PSN is still down. I still can't dowload it lol.
