I bought 400 bioware points on the 28th of April and haven't recieved them. I got a message saying that the request has already been made or something and nothing else.
As the EA symbol appeared I emailed their customer service about it and got an auto response saying that they'd respond within 24 hours. They didn't. I emailed again. Still no response.
I have my Paypal transaction ID here and my email address that I can PM to a mod if they can sort it out for me.
I'm really annoyed that I'm out of pocket for the last few days!

EDIT: I have since bought the points using my credit card and now request that I get a refund to my Paypal account instead of the points. I have emailed EA customer services about this and opened a Paypal dispute as well. I believe that I am entitled to this refund as the transaction hasn't been completed by your end. Please don't respond that you don't do refunds as that only applies once a transaction has been completed.
