DAO character uploading problem

I previously open this topic in awrong forum home. but now Im posting it in the right one.here is my problem.

Previously that I played DAo when ever I made a manual save My character used to upload but now when I make a manual Save instead of my character upload I only get a cross instead of its Phot[ avatar]. how can I fix it?
