Hey guys, I would love some help figuring this one out:
When I played DAO, none of my characters ever got uploaded to the website, only achievements.
Now when I'm playing DA2, I noticed my characters DO upload, although it takes them time to update themselves.
Anyway, I decided to check what's changed between the games, and found something very strange:
When I visit the folder of my DA2 character (documents\\bioware\\dragon age 2\\characters) there's a folder named "saves", 2 pictures of my character (png and jpg) and a (character name).xml file.
When I visit the DAO folder for my character, the (character name).xml file is missing! It doesn't appear anywhere, on any of my characters! I know from searching the web that the file SHOULD be there in order for the character to upload...
Can anyone help me? Where has the file gone?
P.S. The character creator uploaded characters fine for me.

Bumping this cause the problem still isn't solved, and it's really driving me nuts. The game simply doesn't creat the character.xml file at all on my computer, and for the life of me I can't figure out why. I know this is DAO related, but since probably no one looks at that forum anymore I've posted it here. Help please!

If it helps any, I know that the site will not upload your characters or info if you're using the developer cheat.

Thanks guys, I already know about the console disabling upload - so no, the console isn't enabled and shouldn't interfere. I posted it on this forum to reach as many people as possible (since more people read this one than the site forum). What's puzzling me is that the game simply doesn't CREATE the xml file! Why would it create the file for characters made by the character creator and for DA2 characters, but not for DAO characters? How come that a character which already had a base xml from the character creator loses this file when I play in the original game? If it's any help I use a Hebrew version of Windows 7 Ultimate (but this shouldn't be a problem since I've tested it on another computer with Hebrew Windows 7 and it worked...)

My first install was on a Hebrew language version of Windows Vista, so I don't think that is the issue. The game should be creating an xml file for each character. Perhaps try contacting EA support.

None of mine ever been transfered to the site, I have many origens character and none transfered , with DA2 is the same and it didn't load even before I used the develper console. I had to use the console because of some Mod's not bringing items to the characters.

For some reason, only the first three characters I made- two of whom I deleted- ever uploaded to this site for DA2. I may have hit the refresh button too many times, because now there's NOTHING there. I'm always logged in, whether I'm playing or not, so I'm not sure why it won't upload.
