I romanced Izzy, spoke to her just before the end fight, got the Romance acheivment but her outfit didnt change...whats the deal?

Let her get drunk ona makers sigh and it'll be fixed.

It's buggy. If you have the Black Emporium you can buy a Maker's Sigh potion there and use it on her after you slept with her in act 2. The potion will reset her stats/skills and update her outfit.

If you have patch 1.02, I believe it fixes this problem without needing a Maker's Sigh. The costume change triggers after dancing the horizontal rhumba, but is not retroactive.

I had 1.02 but it still didn't change. So Maker's Sigh.

Yeah, it still happens with her - or rather doesn't - in v1.02.

It's a bug with Isabela. Other outfit changes aren't affected. There is also a known bug where certain companion armor upgrades (supportive corset) don't carry over to the new outfit, so it is heavily suggested obtaining the new outfit before purchasing the upgrade.

Heh, i'd wish. I prefer Merrill's original armor ^^

Just don't get any upgrades that provide rune slots prior to romance armor. Otherwise all rune slots are lost. And it's overall easy to do that, and you don't really miss any armor pieces if you do.
