There are a bunch of text documents in the My Documents folder, not the Bioware folder, that have things related to DA:O. I think they're just there to show that DA:O is installed and updated (Install Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age Origins 1.04 respectively.) but I don't want to delete them and screw up my game. Is it okay to delete them?

Click on 'em. I think those are likely just Patch notes. Can delete 'em. Just click on 'em to be sure. All game files are in the Bioware/Dragon Age folder.
