Log into your social site account in the character creator client, theres a box in the lower left corner within the character creator to do so. Once your finished creating a character select the upload option. It may take a little while for the uploaded portraits to appear. You can change your portrait under profile->change profile photo, with your DA portraits appearing on the right.

I don't see no upload thing tho:(

It doesn't highlight the option to let me login in the character creator. Anyone else having this issue? It only lets me select Close.

Login to your account in the CharCreator(via the button in the lower left corner, named "log in"), upload with the button under the portrait named "upload info", wait for up to an hour and you will find it on this site hopefully.

Oh, and somewhere <--- there's my first char.  Mage doh.

the modify option is nice for fiddling, I saw that all powerful fire spell! And some of those entropy spells look dastardly as well. Looking forward to it.

Left side of the screen here on the social site, click profile, change profile picture, your dragon age uploads will be on the right. It does take a bit of time after uploading them for them to show up.
