I have read that 1.02 corrected the bug where a romanced Isabela keeps her first outfit instead of switching.  Since the patch, I have been playing a new game with a rivalry Isabela romance.  After the first love/hate scene in Act2, HER FIRST LINE while facing away from the bed she is in the new outfit, then it looks at Hawke, and then she's back in her first duds again.  I am forced to use Maker's Sigh to see the ribbon and corset, just like pre-1.02.  Has this been fixed, or not?  Is there something else I can do?
(Incidentally, the rune slot still disappears upon outfit swap, so I'm guessing this is still broken.)

The rune slot issue can be avoided by not buying the upgrade until afterwards.
