I had a 1.01 game version save before Deep Roads expedition and before gaining 50 friendship with Isabela. Then I applied the patch, reached act 2 and romanced Isabela. Now I of course have more than 50 friendship with Isabela and her 'bonus' appears in my talents. After playing a little bit I checked gffeditor, there are no negative values for attack speed. Does it mean I wont encounter the bug?

Since the buff wasn't applied before you patched your game you shouldn't experience any problem with it
