So I am a level 7 2 handed warrior and neither Red Grace nor the sword dropped by the Tvinter Lieutenant (in Bait and Switch) dropped/appeared.

In the Black Powder Promise quest, Red Grace did not appear in any chest I could find in the dungeon. Am I looking in the wrong chests?

Fix?

So I guess that you missed it or was victim for a nasty bug.
