Went through the black powder promise question and neither chest held a unique 2 handed sword.
Also, Bait And Switch did not drop a unique sword either.
Glitch? I am only level 7. Thoughts? Where are Ream Ward and Red Grace?
Which chest is Red Grace in? Is the chest in the final cavern and I just missed it?

its in a back cave in the room with the final battle with the Serebas.
Its up the stairs in a small cave hole in the back.

Next question: The Ream Ward. Where is the Tvinter lieutenant in Bait and Switch? Is he in the Mansion? Because I cleared the streets of those dudes and no Ream Ward was dropped. Also, I did not see a lieutenant either...

The ream ward doesn't drop, you can't get the sword in the game by normal means.
