More sex, yes as long as it's not cheesy and actually adult(I'm not for or against nudity in games but come one, noone has sex with all their clothing on think more ME1, and far less ME2/DA:O/DA2). More romance, hell yes, in fact this would be better then more sex, also stop making it cheesy.

I'm happy with strong, well-developed romances and implied sex - the 'love scenes' can be pretty iffy unless they're done really, really well. The romance is an important part of the game I think, but it shouldn't overshadow everything else - it's not a dating sim (does anyone actually play those??)

DAO did well with romances and how you talk or bed the Li but in DA2 relations seems disconected.. 3 years and nothing happens, not even talk about it? seems more fantastical that the bodies explotions.

I'll go with the crowd here. Make the scenes more intimate with a romance...but as far as the rivalmance...make them sexy. There's nothing wrong with sexy. It's not just there to make little boys giggle. But the only way it becomes sexy is through strong writing in the interactions between the characters. And, you may have to show a little skin.
This is the one thing I think DA 2 suffered from. It's a mature game. Imply something other than dry humping and Merril's cutsey underwear. There has to be some kind of intimacy, even on a rivalmance for it to work.
But I'm generally a fan of any artist who isn't afraid to use..OMG..sex in a story. I don't need some implied 1950s film crap. We don't need to censor games made for a mature audience. At the same time, you don't want it to be porn. There's a middle ground and it's the one thing Bioware should really sharpen. The romances are a Bioware staple. And making them stronger never hurts. One more vote for sex in game, but do not so overuse it. Just show some "initial" scene and that's enough (not too far because we don't want it to become a "p*rn" game. 
). I tend to think that if we can do some more "private" quest before the sex option is available will be more interesting, not only for the gamer can enjoy more memorable moment, but for the quality of the game itself!

More realism at all is good in my opinion. Dry-humping is something I can do without. 
Do I want "more sex" in Dragon Age? It isn't something that I particularly care about in a video game. I'd rather see more deep convos and such with the romantic interest in the game.

More sex isn't of driving importance for me, but more breadth and depth of all relationships - romantic and non-romantic - would be awesome.
However if sexual romance is a part of it, bring in the artistic realism! ME1's love scene is fantastic. Light and shadow and camera play without showing anything explicit is miles away better than underwear-clothed bodies bumping clumsily together like in DA:O. In DA2, Fenris' up-against-the-wall kiss, Isabela's tumble to the bed, Anders' gentle withdrawal to the bed for smooching- I thought all of those were well done, aside from minor quibbles of fully-clothed after-the-factness being out of place.
Just don't let these be our only contacts with our love interests. I don't feel a driving need to get more sex beyond the initial love scenes, but please, let us have some other romantic actions and/or conversations with our love interest.

personally, I would like even more squad banter, one romance scene per character and gender is enough I think... just being able to kiss your romance once in a while would be nice 
What I don't want is characters almost forcing themselves onto me, like Anders did... I like to develop relationships, not being asked to enter one right from the get-go... even Isabela was more subtle.
