 Howdy Ya'll! 

First off check this vid  notice the blood/fire layers shifting like, ALOT with only minor degrees in camera angle? thats normal, or anyone else getting this too?

Ive pointed my finger at Nvidia, as this issue isnt game specific and occurs on both my PCs which are 100% different setups.

lemme know what u guys think.
