still losing all your runic slots even after the patch? Here is a solution that worked for me.
1 save your game after your companion gets costume change and loses all the slots.
2 exit to xbox dashboard
3 reload your saved game and all your runic slots should have returned.

Reminder to all Isabela romancers in order for her costume change apperance to take effect you must use a Maker's Sigh on her.This can be purchased in the Black Emporium
