I don't understand.  I registered my product on this site, and I can't retrieve it?  I want to reinstall the game, but I can't find my CD-Key, just the DVD.  It doesn't make any sense that I can't retrieve it from this site.  I've always been able to retrieve my key from the old bioware site when I registered NWN. 

Any help, please.  <_<

Contact EA support, and use the live chat facility rather than sending them an email. They will ask you a few questions to verify that you are who you say you are, they should be able to let you know so you can reinstall.
Make sure you write it down and put it somewhere safe.
