Was just curious if anyone else noticed that when King Alistair visits, Teagan brings up that the Hero of Ferelden is due in Denerim.
In my loaded game, my hero had went through the mirror with Morrigan at the end of Witch Hunt, which I believe is a year after origins takes place. Am I to assume the hero has thus managed to return from whatever realm he was in during these years? Or is this a total oversight in dialogue that means nothing at all?
Part of me expected that if you choose to go through the mirror, there would be no return until possibly whatever events are planned for Dragon Age III and the child Morrigan gave birth to.

I'm not sure why this is a problem. Just because someone's expected doesn't mean they'll arrive... and the only thing that gave us the "one year later" timeframe for Witch Hunt was the marketing. The map screen, in contrast, makes it clear that "several years" have passed.

At the end of DA2 they mention then that both Hawke and the Warden have gone missing and the Chantry think it's not a co-inky-dink. So to build on what Ulicus said, maybe he was expected to return when speaking to Alistair and then never showed up. My Warden went through the mirror too. I wonder, do you think Hawke got whisked away as well? Like, Morrigan is collecting heroes for a giant battle? Hawke, The Warden and a possible god baby is a pretty good start to a strong assault team on the Black City or whatever it's called.

Why would the eluvians have been built as one-way only?

It's a bit odd that the DLC has no plot flags, but save your game at the end of each. More so when I remember Fernado Melo talking like the DLC would have plot flags imported into DA2. Maybe it's a bug, or they won't actually come into effect until DA3. Which is just odd for some of them like Golems or Leliana's Song.
