Im pretty sure i have read something of that you can improve youre tier of armour(think it was in soilders peak you had to do something)? Wonder if thats true and if it works with like draggon plate armour/Cailans armour thx thx

On console versions put the items into the chest, leave the area and come back. Not all items can be improved.

The blood dragon plate set can't be upgraded past tier 6, but Cailan's arms+armor can be upgraded. Just put what you need in the party chest at Warden's Keep or sell and re-buy from Mikhail when you've gained a few levels and your items should have upgraded. If you're looking for tier 7 quality, usually you have to come back somewhere in between levels 15-20, though it could happen sooner.
