I bougth The item Pack , and i dowloaded and instaled it , BUT WHERE IS MY ITEMS ?

They will be at your home in a chest in Kirkwall. You probably are not in Kirkwall yet. There should be a quest in your journal for the chests.

I m in Kirkwall and I m at the Chest in the HOME and still nothing !! and I cheak in my DLC pack , I have the Items installed ! if this is the case of a bug , then i want my money back simply as this

I wonder if this is similar to the bug I've been experiencing, where one of my DLC items (Amulet of Ashes) simply won't show up in game, no matter what I do. Is the rest of the DLC working fine for you? Are the items visible here on the authorised DLC page?

That's the problem right there. You have to log in to the server at least once after it's installed.

I realy want to use the items i bougth , and I can't please understand that. I cant Log in ! I called EA they say the server is ONLINE ! but my game is server UNAVALIBLE !! and They coulnd't trouble shout it they told me to wait O.O !! Okay it good from them they gave me a 20$ coupon ! but still how can I fix this issue?

Make an exception for DragonAge in your firewall and/or anti-virus if you have those.

Your not alone with the issue, the problem started just over a week ago (there is another thread on it here and one in ME2 forum and one at the Steam forum). The problem is the login server.

2 hours with Tech support from EA on the phone, Tehy can't find a solution . I m typing this and I m still with them on the phone

The DA2 servers seem to be having issues. Slow log ins, DLC not authorizing, etc...

No, this game has NO multiplayer.

You don't have to be logged in to play. But if you buy DLC, you MUST login at least once to authorize it (and also log in once each time you buy new DLC)

.. but right now the servers are being cranky

I can't even play the game now at all because everything is unauthorized because i can't log in. Fix this dam problem EA with your servers.

Strange, really.

I can log in just fine. In fact, DA2 auto-logs for me. Saves me a lot of time. 

And it seems that they've implented the ME2 way of DLC, meaning that you can't play the game if your DLC is unauthorized. Buttercups. <_<

Anyway, since you're posting here, I'll just assume that there's nothing wrong with your internet connection.

...Do you happen to use Comodo or AVG? AVG gave me this message when DA2 was about to connect with the internet. Comodo made a big fuss of it, which is fixed now.

I am the same person as badboy64 but I am using another email to play the game and I can log in just fine with that account for the game. I don't even use a anti-virus because i never had any problem viruses and my connection is just fine.

Disregard - issue is fixed for the Item Packs.
Unfortunately, the Signature Edition rewards are unauthorized, and for the life of me I can't figure out why, unless the digital vendor (not EA) shortchanged every customer that purchased the Signature Edition.

You have to log-in when the game initializes to authorize a new DLC.

Also, the Item Pack doesn't add things to the "Special Delivery" chest, it puts three NEW chests in your home.

I have the opposite problem, I log-in and try to buy the item pack, but the system will not allow me to log-on a second time to complete the purchase… EA customer support does not seem to have an answer…

What I did was just log-in here, purchased the DLCs, downloaded, then installed. After that I booted the game and then logged-in from there.

I tried that – thanks but it just doesn’t seem to work. I can log on to the game and in the forum, but when I click in the second time, it does not recognize the password.

Maybe it is the ginger screen shot…
