There are two different mods avaliable on Dragon Age Nexus that allow the Hawke family to become elves, as far as I know. None of these mods contain any mansion outfits that fit elves however, so when inside the mansion elf Hawke looks totally screwed up and I just couldn't bear to look at him.

I was just wondering if anyone could make some mansion outfits avaliable that works for elves. I am not asking anyone to make up entierly new clothes, just use some robes/clothing from other elves in the game as mansion outfits would be really nice. I am using a male Hawke atm, but ofc female outfits would be nice as well if I start a new game.

I don't know the first thing about modding else I'd do it myself. I have requested this on DA-nexus as well but haven't gotten any reply so far.

I requested a list of the armor that also has elf-compatible versions on another thread, and so far nothing. I haven't had time to compile one myself, but that's my current plan.

I thought I saw one of the mods on Nexus that includes mansion outfits, however. I'll look when I get home tonight.

Have you tried running Constant Vigilance? It lets you keep your equipped armor on while in the manor. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work (though modding's not my area of expertise, so I may be missing a compatibility issue someone with more experience could point out). Still might be worth a shot. I know it works with regular human Hawkes; I haven't tried playing as any other races 'cause it just doesn't seem like it'd make sense with the dialogue throughout the game. But to each their own.

Oh yeah, I have seen that one but I totally forgot about it. It should work. At least then I won't have to look at an elf in a human body.

As far as i can tell the "mansion appearance" is a separate entry in the apr_base.gda file. So if you change characters into elves, that entry should be probably updated as well to use something elf-compatible that actually shows up in the game.

I found a mod last night which changes the mansion casual outfit to one of three choices for female elfHawkes... I'll link it when I get home.

Aw, that's to bad. Allthough I needed outfits for male elves, since my elf Hawke is male.

Well, for those who might want it, look under Mansion Outfit Swaps:

Tried using this mod and...well it both succeded and failed at the same time. It did make my normal elven clothing visible in the mansion, but now I get a human body whenever I'm outside instead, which is must worse.

I was hoping to find some clothes for my elf, too, but no luck. They have some nice mods for the female elves, but none for males or it so seems.
