I paid for the Stome Prisoner well over a year ago: So, why can't I find it to re-install? Is Bioware making us pay for it again?

I have never purchased the Darkspawn Chronicles, but it is available for me to install. However, I cannot install the Stone Prisoner, which I did purchase, because it isn't avaiable.

Thanks, but nothing there helped at all. It isn't here http://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php: or, anywhere on my computer. It certainly isn't listed in downloadable content. It has been replaced by the Darkspawn Chronicles, which I refuse install and play. I want the Stone Prisoner, nothing less.

If it isn't on your entitlements page over here it means that according to bioware, you haven't entered the promo code for it. (No matter if you have in the past, it isn't there now.) And if it isn't registered on bioware.com, it won't work on your computer.

Try going here and entering the code. If it doesn't work, you'll probably have to call support and get a new code or have them find out what happened to your old code.

BTW; are you sure you have a Mac? I don't recall Macs coming with AMD Athlon processors...

I agree. Maybe your Stone Prisoner has been expired in some way, so that you cannot enter your redeem code any more. So the best is you should contact to the customer support, maybe they can help you out

How can a DLC expire when I purchased it? I am so ****ing sick and tired of Bioware/EA and their bull****. I have well over $125  invested into this ****ING game; AND I WANT WHAT I ****ING PAID FOR.

Well, we over here can't ***ING give it to you. We aren't Bioware. We are gamers as well. So there is no need to yell and swear at people who are sacrificing their spare time trying to help you, capisce?

OK, back to topic: I don't think you code has expired; did you try to re-enter it as I described? (they do expire after you use them, but then your DLC should be working) It seems to me that with the bioware site shenanigans of the past weeks, your entitlement got deleted from the site and you have to either get your original code re-activated or get a new one from Bioware support. They do these things.

The last time I contacted EA support it took six weeks to get a response. The other alternative is to re purchase the damn thing again. And, why should I have to go through all this trouble when I paid for it initially. It seems to me like they are trying hard to defraud us. I am going to write a formal letter of complaint to the Oregon Attorney General's office and have Bioware/EA investigated. I have had enough of their BS.

Here's a prime example of EA tech support. I go to their site and log in. Then I am suppose to enter in the name of the game that I am seeking tech support for. When I type in Dragon Age Origins I get the following message:

"GAME NOT FOUND."

I can go no further. But, that's probably my fault not EA's or Bioware's right? After all these ****suckers are GODS of the gaming world and they can do no wrong.
