They said that Liara and Garrus will be permanent squad members. I'm quite pleased by that myself
That moveset was pretty insane. I'd say it was almost OP, but they could get away with it since she was just temping. Nonetheless, singularity and stasis rock; I hope they're both in the game.I just hope Liara has the same set of powers she had in LOTSB; because she was a really fun squad member in that mission.

It does. It has diminishing returns. By the 3rd time it lasts basically no time at all and eventually has no effect.
