My guess: The inside of a Quarian temple. The style of architecture resembles Geth, such as the inside of Heretic Station. Presumably, Geth style is based on Quarian, but a comment from somebody with actual working knowlege of design would be nice.

A side-by-side comparison would be great, SWM. Which screenshot was it and where can we find it?
Also, instead of hair, that might be a head covering, like a veil or something.
