Can anyone help me out? I recently made my first purchase from the online store on 4/25, which was 1 poster and the mini lithograph 5 pack. A couple days later I received an email that said the poster was sold out and it asked for a response on whether I wanted a refund or another item, I asked for a refund on the poster but wanted the rest of the order to be fulfilled. Another couple of days I received my refund. Today is 5/3 and my order still says pending fulfillment.
Is this normal for the order process to take this long? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Should I be concerned with my BiowareStore order?
