I don't know if I'm the only one with this problem. When I first bought the game I was able to see them, but when the 1.01 update came out for the Xbox 360, I was no longer able to see any map markers indicating where to go for my quests. I've asked my friends online, but they aren't having this problem.

There is an option in the menu to disable them. Check if its disabled and can be enabled.
