Is it possible to make this simple thing for DA2? All it is an erf file... And as of now, the whole DA2 modding community is pratically RUNNING on erfs for mods....

Not really possible at this point for the majority of modders. The console was designed by Bioware to be invisible. I suspect it may not be possible without a way to read the DA2 scripts in the toolset. I could be wrong, but there isnt much scripting really happening or a lot of other mods from Origins would be ported.
