Hi, I got a question might be a possible bug.

I own Mass Effect 2 for x-box and I have bought and downloaded extra content, which I have been playing for awhile now. I recently wanted to play through the game again but I can not play any of my saved games. It says that the DLC is corrupt and needs to be re downloaded.

I don not have internet at the moment, so I took it over to a friend's and re downloaded all the content started the game up and it played fine. After getting back to my house and hooking it up and went to play and once again an error popped up saying dlc is corrupt and could not play any saved files.

So I went back to my friends hooked it up to the internet and without downloading it again tried playing the game and it ran fine all dlc was there and working. Turned off internet tried to run it again and once again the error pops up

What is going on? do I have to have an internet connection to play the game because if that is the case it some BS.

ETA: Note that you will need an internet connection to do this. So you'll have to bring your XBox over your friend's house again to initiate the license transfer.

Janus' suggestion is the usual solution. Also consider recovering your Gamertag if the license migration doesn't solve it:

Thanks a lot for the info, that seemed to solve the problem.
