I know that in the past THBS has allowed customers to combine orders between the BioWare store and Visceral Store...but when I opened a case to request it (and the Alice store as well), I was turned down. I'm wondering why this is the case...what's changed in the past few months that makes this no longer possible? When I last checked, they were all being shipped out of the same warehouse in Aurora, Colorado.

Honestly, I'm not really even entirely sure about why they are all being kept secret. All are properties owned by EA, and the websites and stores are run by the same group of people. Wouldn't it be just as easy to be able to place a single order, and combine shipping, than be forced to go between 3 (or more) seperate stores for the same service? Seems like it wouldn't be such a difficult task to combine them.

Domino said its something to do with royalties etc, if you PM her you'd get a full answer. But i've asked before as well, its a bummer, especially now with the new Alice store

Way back when Jedi combined the 2 stores for me but that was the only time. Every other time has been no. Its something about to combine orders in their system they have to re-do the order to show everything in a single order. Sperate store inventories, etc. do not allow them to put Visceral and bioware items in the same order.

I believe when they do combine them its a special order thing where they have to tell the warehouse specifcally to do so. Which could easily lead to problems. Its possible that the store office and warehouse are not in the same location aswell.

These are all my assumptions.
