HELL YEAH! I want to see Shepard and Liara get married (the same with all the LIs) and they should have a daughter (or a son in some cases or they adopt a kid (like Miranda, Tali, and Garrus) in an epilogue.
Please please please give us small little blue children...

Why are people so against this as an option? It doesn't take that much effort/resources to include an ending where you can have a family. Shepard IS human after all, and many humans do want families.
It obviously wouldn't be forced on you, but what's wrong with the option being there? To say this option shouldn't exist because it takes away from the main story is stupid. If you think that than you also agree that there should be no side-quests/plots, no humorous things and no romance options at all. All of those things take resources away from the main story, and yet almost all mass effect players enjoy them.
In conclusion, stop trying to force only what YOU want on people. Your opinion is no more valid than someone who does support Shepard having kids.
