Not terribly happy about the delay but I expected it and was kinda hoping for it, just for more polish.  But god this is a gorgeous whatever.  Definitely not ingame but still jaw droppingly gorgeous.  It really looks like the art department is in overdrive.

This is the best thing they could do, first the developers should take as much time as they need to make the end of this amazing saga really awesome. I do not want another DA2 incident again from bioware, as it was released way to early. And it is a wise move by Bioware since they are going to fight The Witcher 2 and Skyrim for best RPG of the year with DA2. Though i think they will loose to Witcher 2, since the first 1 had one of the best stories in years and by what i have seen the next one will be awesome, and DA2 is a buggy mess, even with the last patch.

Mixed feelings about this. On one hand, while ME3 gets all the polish it needs, there's nothing in the gaming market worth buying in Fall other than Arkham City. Saint's Row 3, I'm only going to buy at a $20 price tag, never got into Bethesda's RPGs after the buggy P.O.S. that is Fallout 3, not to mention I never was a fantasy fan to begin with. I still hold Gears with a very low regard and am most likely going to buy it used, or at a $20 price tag, depending on my mood. Fact of the matter is there's nothing I like that justifies paying $70 other than Arkham City.

Since this will probably be the last in the series it gives Bioware more time to make the game even better, at least this way it will avoid games like Battlefield 3 and especially Skyrim. It will be nice to look forward to this AAA title in 2012 :-)

Im really happy that Casey decided to polish the game a bit more. I just cant stand one more medicore game like DA2. Make the game AWESOME and I will love Bioware again!

Mass Effect 2 also missed the holiday season and was released in January 2010. It's probably for the better. Give it more polish and release it in February!

Hopefully, the extra time means more lesbian sex scenes

Yes! YES! Dear Lord, I've never been so happy at seeing one my favorite games being delayed!

Seriously, after the incredible dissapointment that was Dragon Age 2 (I couldn't even get halfway through that piece of crap and I survived Sonic: The Dark Chronicles) I was really beggining to lose hope in ME3. I was even considering not buying it on release and waiting until it got dirt cheap to avoid any more money wasted.

Now this, even if I know it's not a definite sign that the game is going to be  good, at least it restores some of my faith that it might be on par with all the other Bioware games I've played and loved since Baldur's Gate.

Thank you, Bioware. Thank you so much  .

Not that i hated Kaiden, but i can't see him or Ashley being on the front cover of ME3. Don't forget that one of them could be dead, that might rule them out. Liara could be, along with a new companion. That pic is just a publicity shot.

I don't know if it's been mentioned but the group pic of Shepard, Alenko and Liara doesn't look like a screenshot to me, more like artwork. The pic of the building however looks like a screenshot.
