She lost the love of her life, grew a sack, and took down and became the SB.

Well, he doesn't look much like Kaidan. If the screenshot wasn't captioned, I'm not sure I would've recognised him either, and I played ME1 more times than I can count.

Although I did like my Space Elvis comrade, I do like his new get up and I, personally recognized him right away. Also, to comment on the first game issue, I did start with ME2, which I do regret. I play ME1 and it was great and allows much more decision flexibility for the future, and its pretty cheap right now I believe. Get it if you haven't. Its worth it. Btw, that's just a friendly recommendation.
