Now, if I have some super-cool, free DLC for being awesome, I'm all for that. But in my Registered Game Promotions menu, after everything else in my PC copy, I have "UNRECOGNIZED ITEM." Its description is as follows: 

"An unknown promotional item has been found. Urecognized items will
still be available and recognized by the system and game they are
intended for."

It has a generic picture that just says "DA" (for Dragon Age, obviously). What is this, exactly? As far as I know, I can't check to see if anyone else has it. Did I get it for having Warden's Keep AND Stone Prisoner? Is this a freebie item for people who have done such-and-such? Will the details be filled out? Is it the character creator? Is it for talking about Dragon Age a lot at work and with some customers? I did stay logged in when I left the house... You're not gonna take my Uncrecognized Item away from me, are you?

I also have the aforementioned item. Out of curiosity, what vendor did you people purchase DA from? I got mine from Gamersgate.

Same thing with me. I got the Digital Deluxe Edition from Steam.

Mine is the regular edition (preorders on the CE stopped pretty early) from GameStop.

Did you import your characters from the character creator?

I did. Uploading the character got me the Lucky Ring, though. I dunno if importing it gets anything, or what.

I imported mine too.

All of my DLC is accounted for however, except for the Unrecognised Item of course.

I uploaded one character to get the ring but I didn't import anything when I started my game. I started with a brand new character.

I also have this unrecognised item. It wasn't there untill a few days ago. I got the pc ce retail edition. It doesn't appear in game like my other dlc items so no idea what it is.

I had from day one an empty frame that showed there. The Unrecognized Item only showed a couple of days ago I think.

Yeah I also had the blank box and now the unrecognised item. But nothing appears in game except the known items.

There are several threads about this item already. Most likely it's the Mass Effect 2 reservation for your Blood Dragon Armor.

If that is the case, why show it as Dragon Age content at all?
