Here's a prime example of EA tech support. I go to their site and log
in. Then I am suppose to enter in the name of the game that I am seeking
tech support for. When I type in Dragon Age Origins I get the following
message:

"GAME NOT FOUND."

I can go no further. But,
that's probably my fault not EA's or Bioware's right? After all these jokers are GODS of the gaming world and they can do no wrong.
