Here's a prime example of EA tech support. I go to their site and log in. Then I am suppose to enter in the name of the game that I am seeking
tech support for. When I type in Dragon Age Origins I get the following message:
"GAME NOT FOUND."
I can go no further. But, that's probably my fault not EA's or Bioware's right? After all these jokers are GODS of the gaming world and they can do no wrong.

1) Go to support.ea.com
2) Click on "Contact Us"
3) Log in using your EA/Bioware username and password (same one you use in the game)
4) In the product field, type "Dragon". A list will show up with all of the Dragon Age products.
5) Select yours
6) Select platform and a comment category
7) Follow onscreen instructions from there
