I only recently got Goles of Agmarrack and I can't get the Grim Reaper achivment. Anyone have any ideas that can help. I'm a Spirit Healer/Shapeshifter/Keeper. Jerrick is re-speced as an archer I have all the golem upgrades and Brogan is my tank.

For spells I have:
Maxed out Shapeshifter
Maxed out Spriit HEaler
No Keeper abilities
The Fire, Ice and Electricity abilites from Elemental.
Maxed Arcane tree ecept for Mystical Negotiation
And Mana Alteration,Mana Cleanse and Spell Might

I had alot of trouble with it as well but I had the advantage of over 100 poultices (70% being normal health ones), poisons, and runes from Origins and Awakenings. Basically it just takes the right combination of tactics on your allies and a bit of micromanaging when their health is in danger. After around 5 failed tries I was able to beat it twice in a row once I got the hang of it. The only real problems you'll have with the Harvester are his Flesh bombs and when he summons all his little melee minions. Make sure your tank has the harvesters attention and deal with ALL the skeletons as they appear to prevent unforseen death. Also, no magic is used at all, so no magical defense is required for this battle (Or at least I didn't see any need for it). Focus on melee defense and make sure you and your golem focus on keeping the other 2 alive. The only problem that your likely to have is the battle will be long and drawn out. I had a DW backstab rogue with Momentum, and over 200% bonus to backstabs, that shortened it ALOT. One other very important thing I have to mention is keeping your tank with enough stamina to taunt the harvester constantly. Mine always ended up running out so the harvester charged right to my archer and killed him because of this. As long as you keep your tank healthy and occupying the harvesters attention, and have spells to disable and deal with the spawning skeletons, you should be fine. By the way I just beat him today so I pretty much know all his tricks.

Sorry, that was a crap load of information, good luck :).

This, but instead of fighting the skeletons, I positioned someone next to the switch on the side of the room during the first part of the battle and put him on hold, letting everyone else attack on the Harvester.

By the way, I found this battle the most challenging one in the whole Dragon Age series...
Good luck :)

1Magnolie. How do you get only one person to hold every time I try to get the Golem to stand near the switch Jerrick and Brogan stop attacking as well.

Using a lot of manual fine tuning for everyone, you can get these two to attack the Harvester while the Golem stands next to the switch...

Usually when I want to go after the switch, it's no longer there (it's not always up).

For this fight, I pretty much send everyone after the Harvester and hope to kill it before things get too out of hand. Even the best tanks seem to be able to die in a blink of an eye, as one moment they'll have full health, and the next, they're dead. I just try to get this fight over a.s.a.p.

Does your mage have the basic heal spells (heal, regeneration), along with force field? I'd just prioritize keeping Brogan alive at all costs, and if it looks like he's in trouble, cast force field on him as you get his health back up.

Making Jerrik an archer was a good idea. I usually just have him activate accuracy+rapid shot, and use any talents that help him stay alive. Also, it is a good idea to have your two dwarven companions use health poultices in their tactics. I usually have Jerrik use poultices at 50% health, but I'll have Brogan use them at 90% or anything less than 100% usually. Since he'll be using a lot of poultices, make sure you have plenty on hand, though if you're a mage with heal spells, that should cut down on their consumption.

Your archer should use accuracy and aim, should have good critical chance and hopefully your dex stacking with give them enough defence to evade. I think this works pretty well on hard, so if you doing it on nightmare it might not be as effective.
