Let's pretend I have the desire to use my almighty power to make the DLC whatever story you want to be pursued. What kinds of stories/plots would you like to see continued on or opened up? Or would you rather some completely unrelated adventure that explores something brand new? Discussion battle is go!
I would like a story involving Cassandra's persuit for the Warden

Let's say she caught up with my Dalish Warden. She'd have some "questions" for her and no doubt, especially after all the stories Leliana told. Oh wait... wrong train of thought.
Let's keep DA 2 DLC focused on Hawke, eh? DLC that explores the relationships and adventures between the 3 year jumps, or something after the (in)famous brain fart of a certain mage would be top of my list.

NO!
Fine...
Ok, about *Hawke* then. Well, other than plot holes. I would like inserted gameplay features that should have already been in the game. Also unique enviroments would do the game great justice if you ask me.
Story wise... well plot-holes yes. Alot of them. I would like them filled to the brink of plot..iness please

That's a rather odd question to ask from us on the no spoiler board, so, I guess I'll just throw up a spoiler warning. *cough*
SPOILERS BELOW!! THIS IS A CONSTRUCTION ZONE; HARD HELMETS ARE MANDATORY!!
Finish up Hawke's adventures, please. I want something conclusive and satisfying. I felt that Origins had a really satisfying ending, while DA2's ending was deeply unsatisfying. Peace and order are restored and there's no celebration, no congratulations from the character's you've met along the way, no anything, really. Just "the Champion vanished and everyone parted ways; the end." Why did anyone think this was going to please people?

Glad to know you see reason.
What are these gameplay features which you mention? The awesome button has already been implemented, there is nothing else the game could possibly need.
But unique environments are a must, yes, as well as proper story elements. Though it's impossible to get really deep and *beefy* DLC, even LotSB was pretty linear in some respects. And if it were to be any bigger they may as well make an expansion. But failing all this, something that fills in the 3 year gaps, as I've said plenty of times before. Perhaps some expansion of the relationships Hawke has with the many companions, Aveline's solstice dinner, something.

1) DLC that introduces us the Hawke family before the Blight, make it a traditional kill 10rats Qs but what ever that shows us Lothering before the blight and lets us to know the family BEFORE you kill them.
2) Circle of Mages, I want to know what is happening there that makes all the mages go bat**** crazy. Act3 is just a empty joke now when there is no substance to back it up, and NO, the few Qs you do and the rumors you hear are not enough, I want evidence and see it with my own eyes.
Basically I want more substance to the game before Act3, OR more thigns into the act3 that makes the choice you need to to feel more important.
If you however go and make some nice little fluff DLC to us then make them feel epic. Hell let us kill demons and dragons! Intoduce us to the wide marshes! Open the game area more, I hate narrow paths more than I spiders (arachnofobia). Make something that isnt just money crubbing like the lst few DLCs you have made, that includes ME2 also

And I know that Sebastian's story isn't over yet, so I would like his and Hawke's romance to blossom more since there wasn't much happening between them two in the main story.

I'd like to see some new stories where specific companions play an important role.
Examples:
1) Exploring some long forgotten elven ruin in search of an artifact or somesuch with Merrill serving as a guide into elven history or as someone with a personal stake in the outcome.
2) Dealing with pirates or smugglers alongside Isabela or Varric.
etc.
In short, a small adventure where specific companions play a large role (like they did in their personal quests) but which takes place in locations not visited in the official story and features new foes and challenges.

One example of a dropped ball is the Bone Pit. I got half the mine in act 1, but other than some dungeon crawl quests there was no benefit of being partner in the mine. Also at the end when you can gain full ownership, again there are no benefits.
With the influence Hawke gains in Kirkwall you would think there would be a bit more political intrigue involved rather than just combat combat combat. I'd like to see some more with that. Maybe based on choices with the Viscount you could be granted a political position that leads to new quests or benefits as well as headaches.
Basically I'm kinda angry that with all the money and influence I aquired through the game, I didn't have the ability to actually use it.
I'd also like a full blown expansion that allows us to explore the other cities of the free marches. Maybe dealing with Sebastian's succession issues while we're at it.

1) (as I wrote in the Fenris thread earlier) I'd love to see a Fenris-DLC similar to Leliana's Song, which would describe his "adventures" in Seheron, how he became his tattoos, how he met the Fog Warriors etc.
2) a sequel
3) the "missing" years between the acts

Why did the Magisters establish Kirkwall? Why were they thinning the veil? Is there really a Forgotten One under Kirkwall? The answer is so close to home (right underneath Kirkwall) in the game it would be a true shame not to further explore it.
Also, moar Flemeth.

But, really, I want to know what happened after the entirely too abrupt ending of DA2.
