I've been seaching these forums for a few hours and all the solutions i've found here do me no justice. I have the  BE and Item pack for mage, rouge, and warrior and they are still unauthorized for me even though they say I have them in my registered game content . I've check my firewall, antivirus, internet connection ,and all manner of other here and though google and still nothing. Seriously...am I doing somthing wrong here?

If all those things failed you, contact EA Customer Support and get them to reset the keys to your account (or give you new ones) - hopefully that will help.

Might help if I was using Dragon Age Origins. Tell them i need help with Dragon age 2 and they keep giving me stuff about DAO
