Hi. I am trying to create new music for my mod by creating bmu files. Everyone has told me how to do it, but my source folder is empty. I am wondering that cep 2.4 has deleted them or do i create the file myself? I am really new to the toolset and any help would go a long way.
missing files in folder?

the source folder is empty by default. NWN does not place anything in there with a normal installation.

You should use NWN Explorer to extract the latest version of the .2da file you need from the "HotU Patch Data" archive.

Why would you want to use your source folder to create .bmu files? Am I missing something?

You should place the bmu files in the music folder. Did you already convert the mp3s to bmu or is that what you are trying to do?

I really wouldn't trust the source folder for anything. NWN doesn't read anything from there, it's just there so people don't have to access the main archives manually. Which means it's never updated for patches and may never have anything in to begin with - none of which affects the game's behavior.
See above for actual help
