Whenever I try to make a good looking character, they all come out looking insanely weird. Are there any pre-made female human nobles that I can download? Mine looks like she was hit by a train
. If this is possible, how do I download it into the game and will i have to start over?

On Dragon Age Nexus, you can search for presets. Go to www.dragonagenexus.com > Files > Search. Type "presets" where is says File Name Contains, and then select "Hair and Face" from the drop-down menu below it.
If you're looking to make a human female noble, this is a good one. There's a strong family resemblance to her mother and she's really pretty. http://www.dragonage...ile.php?id=1313
You'll need the other mods as well, but the creator points you in the right direction for those.
If you don't want to bother with all those mods and whatnot, some of the vanilla presets aren't bad at all. IIRC the second one actually works well for a haughty young noblewoman.
ETA: As far as I know, you will have to start over.
