My first character was a m!rogue named Chicken (chicken hawke
My second was a f!mage named Ninga (a family in joke; my little bro misspelled Ninja and I thought it was hilarious)
And lastly, my current playthrough, m!warrior named Sparrow ( I just like birds, okay? >_>)

Also, Meredanders.
Meredanders = best. thing. ever.

I also have:
Females:
Alessia - warrior, became Viscount and married(?) a Prince-ified Sebastian. She's kind of a jerkface. I made her before I did the whole Gascard thing, so no relation to the NPC Alessa (she's actually an Elder Scrolls reference).
Arish - another mage. I mostly just made her for the name (I am so witty, hohoho. ... Sorry.) She also... gets around. I want EVERYONE to run away with her. Glitch? What? *trollface*
Malin - naive rogue, got with Fenris. (Malina is the female version of Malcolm, so...)
Males:
Iain - Sarcastic jerkface mage, got with Isabela. (Reference to Ian Malcolm from Jurassic Park.)
Vaughan - I have a sick sense of humour. He's a warrior who got with Merrill, and looks like the noble he's named after. I am a terrible person. (But the voice works!)
I also made a male to look like Anders, with the intention of romancing the
entire party - including Anders - for giggles. I just used Garrett for him.
Haven't done much with him though.
Edit: I used the wrong tags.

Gwendolen, just to check out the warrior class. Abandoned just before recruiting Fenris.
Désirée, an aggressive rogue. Loved her, but she never made it to the final act because my game got bugged.
And my current playthrough: Abigail, a snarky mage.

Felaria for my rogue. Like the name, but never really seemed to suit her.
Aaaaand... now I can't remember my warrior's name. That's a little terrible. After Alyss, though, I didn't get all too invested in my characters, so didn't really care about if their names were perfect.

Then I named my deadpan-snarking rogue Tanya.
My male mage, Ephraim, was either aggresive or sarcastic (I like the sarcastic dialogue).
My next-to-last one will be a diplomatic/serious female warrior called Marilyn.
Then I'll re-do my canon playthrough to fix everything I did wrong.

LOL true enough, because a gay snarky Hawke, makes Fenris take up the ass like a champ, seriously how can you not do that romance if only for the snarky comment after sex.

Oliver Hawke: Warrior. Fairly unemotional and tries to deflect serious conversation with humor. Pro-templar. Accidentally falls for Fenris, which makes him a little more serious/mature by Act 2.
Selena Hawke: Mage. Incredibly sweet and caring, but a little naive, which leads to some bad decisions. Loves her family more than anything. Becomes best friends with Merrill, then falls for her.
Sometimes I think I overthink my characters' personalities, but oh well.

Caleb - Rogue. No reason for the name, it just popped into my head.
Kara - Rogue in one playthrough, Mage in another. My other canon. Personality and name after Kara 'Starbuck' Thrace. Very original.
