Hi!

I want to ask that, is it possible to play for exemple the "lair of the shadow broker" dlc aftes suicide mission again? Bacause i have accomplished it before this? And i heard that it effects some unique dialogues with Liara(and it might lead  to an other way in romance with Liara) Is there a way to do this without replay the whole game(maby delete som files or modify something)?

No. You can only do it once per game.
